Neha Singh was a Software Engineer at Georgetown University’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), where she works on the Emerging Technology Observatory initiative. Before coming to CSET, she worked as a software engineer for a legal tech startup and as a patent agent. She received a J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School, and a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
