Explaining the importance of the rollout, Probasco said, “The big impact here is with the everyday functioning of the department. And even more than that, it’s about helping our service members as well as our military or DOD civilians get comfortable with using this tool in a secure environment… Now they’ve got a more secure environment where they can experiment with these tools and really start to learn what they’re good for and what they’re not good for.”
