Lawrence Hailes is the People Operations Specialist at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), where he supports recruitment strategy, employee onboarding, workforce development, and DEI initiatives. Prior to joining CSET, he worked for a small RPO firm that specializes in recruiting and building teams for tech startups. Lawrence holds a BA in Music and a MS in Management from George Mason University.
