Hayes Meredith is a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), where his work focuses on innovation hubs and great power competition. Previously, Hayes worked for Senator Raphael Warnock and Representative Jonathan Jackson on Capitol Hill as a legislative staffer. Hayes is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he received dual degrees in History and Foreign Affairs. Presently, Hayes is enrolled in the Security Studies Program at Georgetown’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
