Alan Loera was a Semester Research Analyst at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), focused on industrial policy and Chinese innovation. He researched and analyzed topics in technology and domestic S&T policy. Previously, Alan was a writing consultant, and developed an autonomous drone for robotics competitions. He is currently pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at El Paso.
