Weinstein and Ngor Luong was referenced in an article published by Bloomberg Law discussing the potential establishment of a “reverse CFIUS” mechanism to review and monitor outbound investment from the United States to countries of concern, particularly China, in order to advance national security.

The CSET report identifies the main U.S. investors active in the Chinese artificial intelligence market and the set of AI companies in China that have benefitted from U.S. capital.
