Rafay Ur Rehman Khan was a Semester Research Analyst at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), where he focused on emerging issues in biotechnology and biosecurity. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Information Systems with a minor in Public Policy and Politics. He is passionate about consulting, studying conflict and international development with a focus on South Asia.
