Emefa Addo Agawu served as a Visiting Researcher at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET). She is a graduate student in the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Oxford. She is also a Cybersecurity Policy Fellow at New America, where she previously led state and local cybersecurity policy, and was program manager for New America’s Initiative on Work, Workers and Technology. Emefa holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.
