Beba Cibralic

Beba Cibralic was a Semester Research Analyst at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), where she worked on the CyberAI Project. Prior to CSET, Beba was a Standard US-Russia Forum Fellow focusing on cyber cooperation and international law. She has also conducted policy research at Justitia in Copenhagen and the Lowy Institute in Sydney. Beba is a PhD student in philosophy at Georgetown University with interests in the philosophy of emerging technology and contemporary Just War Theory. She holds an M.A. in China Studies from Peking University, where she studied as a Yenching Academy Fellow, a B.A. in philosophy and political science from Wellesley College (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), and was a Visiting Student at the University of Oxford.
