Draft resolutions have been prepared concerning the allocation of 16.5 billion rubles in subsidies for the development of AI in Russia

Seven draft resolutions of the government of the Russian Federation (RF) prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development (MoED) concerning the approval of rules for granting subsidies aimed at the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have been published on the website regulation.gov.ru in order to facilitate the performance of an independent anti-corruption review.
The total amount of funds envisioned in the 2021-2023 federal budget for subsidies for these measures comes to more than 16.5 billion rubles, in accordance with the explanatory notes.
Drafts of the following government resolutions have been published.1. “On the Approval of Rules for Granting а Subsidy to the Nonprofit Organization Development Fund of the Center for the Development and Commercialization of New Technologies (Skolkovo Foundation) in Order to Support Pilot Projects for Testing Artificial Intelligence Technologies in Priority Industries.”
