The topic of discussion was the evolving scholarly debate on the role of cyber conflict in international relations over the past decade.
Regarding the biggest misconception about the role of cyber conflict in international relations theory, Jun stated, “It is much more useful to think that conflict and competition have cyber dimensions to them, rather than to think that cyber conflict occurs in isolation.”
