Maj Samuel Crouch is a Space Force Fellow at Georgetown University’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), where he supports data- driven research at the intersection of national security and emerging technologies.

Maj Crouch has served in a variety of engineering, program management, and staff duties within the Air Force Research Laboratory, Space Force Headquarters, U.S. Space Forces – Space, and the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office throughout his military career.

He earned his commission as a graduate of the Iowa State University ROTC program, where he completed his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. He later completed his M.S. in Astronautical Engineering at the Air Force Institute of Technology.
