Avonelle Davis was a Research Project Manager at Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET). Prior to joining CSET, Avonelle completed her M.S. in Public Policy and Management at the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University, where her focus was on project management and systems improvement. Before that, she earned a B.S. in International Relations and a B.A. in Spanish from Seton Hall University.
